- Enrolment & Fees
- Admission is confirmed only after full or partial fee payment.
- All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once the course begins.
- Any discounts or offers must be availed during the enrolment phase.
- Attendance
- A minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory to receive a course completion certificate.
- Students must be punctual for classes and assignments.
- Course Material & Copyright
- All course materials are the property of Nexusd and are for personal use only.
- Reproduction, sharing, or commercial use without permission is strictly prohibited.
- Code of Conduct
- Students are expected to maintain discipline and professionalism.
- Misbehaviour with staff, faculty, or fellow students may lead to termination without refund.
- Changes to Schedule
- The institute reserves the right to reschedule classes due to unavoidable circumstances.
- Any such changes will be communicated in advance.
- Certification
- Certificates will be issued only upon successful completion of the course and all assignments.
- Placements
- Placement assistance is provided but not guaranteed.
- Final selection depends on the student’s performance and interview process.
- Liability
- The institute is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
- Modification
- Nexusd reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
Internship Terms and Conditions
- Duration & Timings
- The internship will last for a period of [e.g., 3 months], starting from [Start Date] to [End Date].
- Interns are expected to follow the working hours: [e.g., 0900 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday].
- Attendance & Punctuality
- Regular attendance is mandatory.
- Any leave must be informed in advance and approved by the supervisor.
- More than [e.g., 3] unexcused absences may lead to termination of the internship.
- Work & Conduct
- Interns are expected to complete the tasks assigned to them professionally and on time.
- Interns must maintain respectful behaviour with team members and clients.
- Any form of misconduct may result in termination without a certificate.
- Confidentiality

- Interns must not share any project details, designs, or internal information outside the organization.
- All work created during the internship is the property of Pencildezign
- Learning & Guidance
- The internship is designed to be a learning experience. Guidance will be provided, but self-initiative is highly encouraged.
- Certificate of Completion
- A certificate will be awarded only upon successful completion of the full internship term and submission of final work/portfolio (if required).
- Termination Clause
- The company reserves the right to terminate the internship at any point due to misconduct, lack of performance, or policy violation.
